Our friendly staff will assist you in determining your needs and find a convenient day and time. They will ask you about any vision or major medical insurance you have and ask you to bring the cards. They will ask you to bring all of your glasses, including sunglasses or over the counter reading glasses and wear your contact lenses. You can download, print and fill out forms before your appointment to save you time.
